مشكلات التدريسيات في جامعة بغداد
This research is an attempt to identify the problems that represent the difficulties and obstacles faced by faculty members at the University of Baghdad. The importance of the research comes from the importance of university teaching and its vital role in the development of society. The research objectives summarized the main problems facing university teaching and the relative weight of these problems. (Professor, Assistant Professor, Teacher, Assistant Lecturer). The research has identified a sample of 150 university studies for the academic year 2016-2017.
The terms of the research were identified and literature presented in the relevant theoretical aspect as well as a series of previous local and Arab studies.
A set of procedures was chosen by selecting a simple random sample. A research tool was constructed by looking at the literature and previous studies as well as the open question. The final question consisted of (36) paragraphs or problems spread over (9) dimensions, and extracted the apparent honesty of the instrument. The problems become more acute when it comes to the personal side and the security side, especially the students and the scientific side as well as other detailed results. The research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
