Language plays a crucial role in the process of social interaction, i.e. communication, as it is used both as a medium in giving information and as a means of establishing and maintaining relationship with other people. The study of language as a means of communication has become an important aspect in linguistics. Furthermore, Lyons (1969: 275) mentions that " Every language-utterance is made in a particular place and at a particular time: it occurs in a certain spatio-temporal situation". Each utterance is made by a particular person(the speaker) and is usually addressed to some other person (the hearer). Communication from the perspective of advertising takes into consideration the contextual dimension that is a matter of pragmatic which investigate those parts of the discourse that are often the essential factors of the advertising discourse and its hidden message. The discourse of advertisement became the subject of extensive linguistic research. Advertising is a tool of persuasion .The advertisers make use of persuasive strategies in order to reach their goals, i.e. to persuade a consumer to buy the product. To put in other terms, they encode the message to reach the target message. Traditionally, deixis in discourse analysis underlines the relationship between the language and context that has been defined through language of spatial, or temporal context. The research aims at analyzing the language of advertisement in terms of person, place, time and social deixis. The notion of deixis is applied in the present study in order to introduce and handle the features of language of advertisement. The research aims to study the position of the people of Kadhimiya about the British occupation of Basra in 1914, and to identify their activity and attitudes to resist the occupation by issuing fatwas of jihad, during the First World War. This period represents an important stage in the contemporary history of Iraq.

when the letters of the distress request arrived, the scholars in the city of Kadhimah denounced the British occupation of Basra, then they issued fatwas urging the jihad against the British occupier, this helped the people of Al-Kadhimiya to join with Al-Hawza organizations in Najaf, Karbala and Kadhimiya. The people of the city donated money, arms and supplies, despite their simplicity when compared it with British weapons.

The religious authority in Al-Kadhimiya led by the two great scholars, Sayed Mehdi al-Haidari and Sheikh Mohammed Mahdi al-Khalisi, who worked to prepare the people of the city, as well as mobilization of tribes on both sides of the Tigris River to fight.

The objective of the current research is to know the effectiveness of the cognitive waves strategy that is involved in the development of reflective thinking among the students of the first intermediate grade in science. In order to verify this, the researcher formulated the following zero hypotheses:

- There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0,05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group who study according to the strategy of overlapping waves and the average score of students of the control group who study according to the usual way in the test of reflective thinking of the subject of science. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0,05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group studied according to the strategy of overlapping waves in the tribal and remote applications to test the contemplative thinking of science.

- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0,05) between the average score of students in the control group who study according to the usual method in the tribal and post-application to test the contemplative thinking of science.

The research sample consisted of 60 randomly selected students from Al-Masar School for Boys. The experimental group consisted of 30 students and the group 30 students. The two groups were rewarded with several variables (age, intelligence, previous achievement, reflective thinking test) The researcher prepared a test for the measurement of reflective thinking which included several abilities (meditation and observation) (visual vision), the detection of inaccuracies, and reaching conclusions, and the development of solutions proposed and to give convincing explanations. The researcher used the statistical bag for social sciences (SPSS) to extract the results, as follows:

- The students of the experimental group exceeded the control group students in the test to measure the contemplative thinking, as well as the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0, 05) between the pre tests of tribal and post-test to reflective thinking of students in the experimental group and for the post-test and the absence of a difference D In the light of the results, the researcher recommended some recommendations:

- Adopting the strategy of overlapping waves and their adoption in the teaching of science for the first grade of the average for its obvious effectiveness in contemplative thinking.

- Setting up programs and training courses to encourage teachers to use the strategy of overlapping waves in teaching science.

- Urging teachers to keep up with the spirit of the times in terms of education, using modern strategies and minimizing the use of traditional methods of teaching science.

- Directing the attention of specialists towards the benefit of the strategy of overlapping waves in the composition of science curricula.

The researcher also suggested several proposals:

1-Targets the use of methods, strategies, models and other approaches to the development of contemplative thinking.

Using the strategy of overlapping waves and experimenting to show their effect in other variables such as (qualitative achievement - environmental culture - lateral thinking - habits of mind ..etc ..)

ان سلوك المرأة المسلمة أثناء عدة الوفاة قد اثار موجة من التساؤلات منها ما اجاز ذلك التصرف ومنهم من منعه , وقد يكون معيار الجواز أو الرفض مرده العرف في مجتمعاتهم , علما ان احكام الشريعة واضحة , ولكن قراءة الفقهاء للنصوص الصادرة من المعصوم قد تولد نوعا من التخبط تبعا لقراءة هذا الفقيه أو ذاك .

هذا جهد متواضع حاولت الكشف فيه عن الروايات الحديثية الصادرة من المعصوم والتي قد تزيل الغموض عمن تصور وفهم الحداد على ضوء روايات معينة دون بحثه عن اخرى فيها نصوص قد تدفع الباحث الى مقارنة زمان نصوصها والتوفيق فيما بينها .

التفكيكية استراتيجية في القراءة وتحليل الخطابات الادبية والفلسفية, ظهرت مابعد الحداثة رد فعل على كثير من المناهج النقدية القديمة التي اعدها جاك دريدا لم تتمكن من تفكيك وتحليل الخطاب الادبي. ولتسليط الضوء على بداية ظهورها بالفكر الفلسفي وعلى روادها وعلى سماتها وعناصرها الاساسية, حاول الباحث في بحثه الموسوم (استراتيجية التفكيك في تأويل النص المسرحي العربي المعاصر) دراسة هذه الاستراتيجية دراسة معمقة. اذ تكون البحث من اربعة مباحث ,المبحث الاول هو الاطار النظري والذي تكون من مشكلة البحث والتي تم صياغتها من خلال التساؤل الاتي(:كيف تمت قراءة و تأويل النص المسرحي العربي المعاصر من خلال استراتيجية التفكيك) اما اهمية البحث فتكمن في تسليط الضوء على مفهوم استراتيجية التفكيك ، ومحاولة معرفة الية عملها بالنص المسرحي العربي المعاصر, اما هدف البحث فهو دراسة استراتيجية التفكيك, وكيفية تطبيقها على النص المسرحي العربي المعاصر، اما المبحث الثاني فهو الاطار النظري فتضمن جزأين , الاول هو دراسة التفكيكية دراسة فنية لتسليط الضوء على عناصرها وسماتها وكيفية اشتغالها بالخطاب الادبي, اما الثاني فهو دراسة مفهوم جاك دريدا للتفكيك, وكيف قام بطرح هذا المفهوم, وكيفية تفكيك الخطاب الفلسفي من خلال فلسفة جاك دريدا, اما المبحث الثالث فهو الاجراءات, فقد تم اختيار ثلاث عينات وقام الباحث بتحليلهن وفقا للاستراتيجية

التفكيك, وهذه العينات هي مسرحية( الحلاج) لصلاح عبد الصبور, ومسرحية ( الملك هو

الملك) لسعد الله و نوس , ومسرحية( الباب ليوسف الصائغ, اما المبحث الرابع فهو النتائج

والاستنتاجات وقائمة المصادر .

The study is aimed at the identification of the role and style of Educational supervision in the act of professional development of the teachers of social science at Hawler City, it is to explore the expected levels of educational supervision style in the act of professional development of the teachers of the social science at basic schools in Hawler city considering the (sex, and years of service), the descriptive approach is implemented depending on the aims of the research. The participants are 100 teachers of the total of 11670teachers, it includes 45 males and 55 females. The analysis depends on the (Siam, 2007) method of analysis, in which it relies on (53) items classified in to (4) fields, they are (Planning, teaching process, classroom management, and evaluation), also, it involves some related literaturereview. The study has face validity because the tool was subjected to 75% of jurors' judgement. The reliability is gained depending on the correlation of the first and second applications to (0.70 to 0, 80), it has been found out that the majority of the teachers are organized personally during the process of teaching, they carefully plan, observe, justify in the teaching process and they manage the academic classroom duty professionally and capably, they prove qualification in the sense of educational supervision and the years of experience. Finally, depending on the conclusions the researchers provide some recommendations and suggestions that are valuablefor the objectives of this research.

The holy Quraan' contained a lot of concepts which together represented an objectivity unite that it should find the sharness between it's concepts that refers to a Quranic evidence or aim which walk along with the aims of Quraan' that enforces the human construction cognitively through the clearance his role as a successor for God,Unites him and builds his relation his brother ; the human from the window of unity . In this we found the meaning of human respect and from the window of humanity he respects the one who is different from him.

The clearst evidence and the rightouse way for the desired justice in the holy Quran is the Unity of Almighty God . when the unity meant the knowledge of Almighty God , the creatures will be united their directions. Though the ( Word) . comes as aninterpreting Quranic study , it high lights the meaning and the signs of the word which had been framed by the unity of Almighty God , even those whom get out of the God obidence will not be hasten by the torture just give them achance for return . so , the unity court yard is the dignity of humanity . The word manifested through many meaning :-

The virtual one which is ( the verbal meaning ) , the realistic one which is the deapest . In this paper Ihigh light the realistic meaning of word through the objective connection between the holy verses which came in three sections that all connected to the Unity of aim .

اتجاهات مدرسي اللغة العربية في المدارس الأهلية نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني في ذي قار

هدفت هذه الدّراسة التعرف إلى اتجاهات مدرسي اللغة العربية في المدارس الأهلية نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني في ذي قار.

وقد استخدمت الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمة المتغيرات الدّراسة، وتكوَن مجتمع الدّراسة من مدرسي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الثانوية في المدارس الأهلية في مديرية تربية الناصرية، وتم اختيار عينة المدرسين من المدارس الأهلية في مديرية تربية الناصرية بنسبة 100% ليبلغ عدد أفراد مجتمع الدّراسة (90) مدرسا ومدرسة للعام الدّراسي 2016\2017، وقد اعد الباحثان أداة الدراسة وهي الاستبانة وجرى توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدّراسة واسترجع منها (85) استبانة بنسبة (94.5).

وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي:

وجود اتجاهات محايدة لدى مدرسي اللغة العربية في المدارس الثانوية الأهلية في مديرية تربية الناصرية نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني.
عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05=α) بين متوسطات اتجاهات مدرسي اللغة العربية في المدارس الثانوية الأهلية في مديرية تربية الناصرية نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني تُعزى لمتغيرات ( الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية ) .
