Lebanon is the Arab country that, with the policy of it's wise politicians, was able to obtain its independence during the Second World War through international support, after it united its political efforts by announcing its national charter known as the Charter of 1943, which was the starting point for Lebanon by declaring independence by the recognition of states to have full sovereignty for To demand the evacuation of foreign forces from its territory, and the Soviet Union had only a prominent position in its political support to achieve that evacuation.
