This research discusses the symbolic significance of night concept in the poetry of the Iraqi poet Blend Al- Haidari and the poetry of the Iranian poet Nima Yoshij. The researcher chose some samples of poems for both poets to show how these poets used the word of night. This word has symbols of different significances and meanings. Through the night concept, the two poets express their own suffering and pains and what their societies are suffering from. The poets highlight how are their societies suffering and show the bad social, political and humanitarian life because the poet is a part of his own society. The poet hopes that his society is getting freedom, justice and living with dignity as we notice that in the poetry of the two poets clearly.
The researcher relied on the American school which does not pay attention to the influence between literatures in the comparative literary studies
