Very many thanks for the God of people , a thank will not surceases and the best praying and peace on the prophet his beloder and his house holds . The thought fut development in the human mind make adevelopment in the language knowledges . In evry century thereis anevintellect . so , the competents should put and develop the rules and laws of this century . The powers of presective are the basis in the lingual .
Phenomenan and the knowledge sciences like the psychology , computer , Neurology and the foregathering sciences . The aim of the paper is the faces that meeting the westerly presective theory and the Arabic theory in the studying of language , begins with the history and concepts of presecectivity , then it discusses the " voice", meaning" , " and " metaphor . And from God the conciliate.
