Abstract

The problem of combating drug crimes is characterized by distinguishing features from the other things that the international community is currently facing. The cultivation of narcotic plants, the manufacture of drugs, the installation, manufacture, transfer, promotion, illicit trade, abuse, exploitation and abuse of narcotics are no longer free of them.
