Abstract

The research aims to study the Attitude of Japan towards Palestinian issue between 2005 and 2014, based on documents of ministry of foreign affairs of Japan which published on the ministry's website. These documents included  important information, like the statements of  Japanese government  ministry of foreign affairs, as well as visits by Japanese officials and reception the relevant parties, in particular representatives of the Palestinian Authority, and the initiative of "Corridor for Peace and Prosperity" made by Japan as part of its efforts to settle the Palestinian issue, the Japanese government has supported all steps to ensure the establishment of an independent Palestinian state alongside the state of Israel on the basis of solution (two-state), as well as urging both Israel and the Palestinian Authority to make greater efforts to build mutual between the two parties confidence. Japan supported the adoption through negotiations on the basis of relevant UN and the agreements reached by the parties in the previous stages decisions. on other hand, the Japanese government has provided substantial economic assistance to the Palestinians, as well as their role in building and supporting the Palestinian institutions
