Abstract

Abstract                                                                          The study comprises an investigation of a manuscript related to Galen ,the well-known Greek physician (200-280 AD) ,which deals with eye diseases,. The nine –pages manuscript is translated into Arabic and available in the library of Ahmed bin Ismail bin Taymour in Egypt . The study is made of (3) sections : the first one is dedicated to show the author's translation , the second is limited to the approach of investigation , while the third conveys the text of the manuscript which is the accredited copy in the investigation. The study consulted many sources and references in medicine , pharmacology , and linguistics that are all mentioned at the end of the study.
