The current research aims at identifying Wisdom – Based Thinking of Undergraduate Students as well as differences in Wisdom – Based Thinking according to gender and specialization. For this purpose descriptive methodology was utilized on a sample of (500) male/female undergraduate students at University of Thi- Qar. To achieve research objectives, a scale for Wisdom – Based Thinking was constructed; and reliability and validity were considered. For statistical analysis, t-test for one and two independent samples was utilized. It was found that undergraduate students have Wisdom – Based Thinking according to Brown and Greene theory (Brown &Greene, 2009). Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences in have Wisdom – Based Thinking according to gender and specialization.
