The study showed the objective factors behind the establishment and launch of the Shiite Islamic Movement in the Najafi Hawza in the second half of the twentieth century. (Introductions to founding) were represented by the political situation: international, Arab, and national, and intellectual transformations: cultural cross-fertilization with the cultural and literary achievement coming to Najaf, limited Renaissance projects, social presence references, political organizations, and other incentives for organizational political action. In addition to the kinetic activity of the religious sect: the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic Liberation Party. The study examined the importance of embracing and sponsoring the Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Mohsen al-Hakim for all Islamic work activities, and the effects of the July 14, 1958 revolution on the growth of the Shia Islamic movement's launch in Iraq. All of these and other factors stimulated the Shiite movement and took the initiative to go down to the social field and establish a Shi'a Islamic organizational work, which was destined to play a major role in the contemporary political history of Iraq.
