التدفق النفسي لدى معلمات رياض الاطفال
Abstract
The present research aims at knowing the psychological flow of teachers in kindergarten. However, the researcher has constructed a scale for measuring the psychological flow depending on Mihaly theory. The components of psychological flow have been identified (balance of performance and skills, the clarity of goals and ability, attention concentration, absence of conscious with self, place and time, self-entertaining, clear feedback and a sense of control. However, the scale consists of (35) items for measuring psychological flow. The scale has been administered on a sample consists of (150) female teachers which constitutes 42% of the community which consists of 353 (female teachers from Thi qar governorate).
The researcher has ascertained from the validity of his scale by using face validity, through exposing the scale on a number of experts in psychological counseling, psychometry, psychology, and specialists in kindergartens. However, the reliability of the scale has been ascertained by using two ways, namely, re-test, which is (0.82) and by using the internal consistency Alphacronbach which is (0.88). When administering the scale on a sample consists of (30) male and female teachers from kindergarten, the results show that the sample has psychological flow. In the light of the results, the researcher has put forward a number of recommendations and suggestions.
