Abstract

The research deals with the disparity in reception, and the discrepancy in rulings in terms of aesthetic range in the book (Al-Muwashah) by Al-Marzibani (Died 384 AH), showing what the ancestors agreed on in terms of rulings on different texts through wishc the aesthetic ranges of reception between them has been varied, as the aesthetic range is the criterion by which the quality and value of a literary work is measured. The wider the range between the horizon of waiting for a new literary work and the horizon that already exists, the greater its importance increases (a fine work of art), but when this range shrinks, the literary work becomes simple and lousy; thus, the aesthetic range becomes an indication of the extent of the literary work of literature and an important criterion for the historical analysis of the creative process, which agreed with or disagreed with the criticism of Marzipani .
